THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO ADD TEMPORARY EXPERIENCED SKILLED WORKERS AGED 55 AND OLDER THROUGH THE CONGRESSIONALLY AUTHORIZED EXPERIENCED SERVICES PROGRAM TO PROVIDE GUIDANCE AND STAKEHOLDER INTERATIONS RELATED TO THE HYDROGEOLOGY OF HAWAII. THEY WILL ALSO MENTOR AND HELP TRAIN JUNIOR STAFF AND PROVIDE GUIDANCE TO THE FIELD HYDROLOGY BRANCH OF THE STUDIES SECTIONS. THE CANDIDATE WILL ALSO WORK WITH PROJECT TEAMS TO PROVIDE REVIEW AND COMMENTS ON DATA RELEASES AND SCIENTIFIC INVESTIGATIONS REPORT.
